Over the weekend, participants will enjoy a variety of mounted and unmounted sessions, including:

• Daily riding lessons tailored to your level with a Equestrian Canada coach
• A guided mountain trail ride with lunch included
• Groundwork sessions to improve communication and control
• Introduction to liberty work
• Equine bodywork basics
• How to recognize soreness and discomfort in horses
• Essential equine first aid awareness
• Confidence-building exercises both in and out of the saddle
